5th Week A Success Story from Larnaka, Cyprus

In collaboration with “The Room Studio Pilates”, our team, INQUIRIUM hosted a 5-week Reformer Pilates intervention program for adults over 55, running from late August to the end of September. The program emphasized physical development, social engagement and overall well-being. Through guided exercise, skill building and interaction with smartwatches, participants completed the intervention with greater confidence, improved fitness, enhanced digital literacy, and a renewed sense of motivation and achievement.
